I work exclusively with clients one-on-one who feel overwhelmed, stuck, and frustrated in their health journey because they are tired of symptom chasing, not knowing what their unique body needs, and feeling like they will never achieve their health goals.

Through working together, you’ll understand exactly how to nourish your body for optimal health by learning how to listen to your body, discover your foundational imbalances, and create a specific plan to work toward your goals.

One-on-one coaching includes my analysis of an extensive Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire and your 5-day Food and Mood Journal, weekly calls with me, a fully customized wellness plan, meal ideas, shopping guides and much more.

3-Month Coaching Package

 

What you'll get:

  • Analysis of 5-day Food and Mood journal and Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ).
  • 4 1:1 video sessions per month  where we discuss the roles different food and lifestyle choices are playing in your health and set goals. No "homework" or need to prepare anything - I will guide you to see what areas to improve and give you space to ask any burning questions. 
  • A customized diet and lifestyle protocol
  • 3-month re-evaluation of the NAQ 
  • Personalized resources such as food idea lists, shopping guides, meal plans, and more.

6-Month Coaching Package

 

What you'll get:
